build failure of libpam-mount using dpatch

Hi,

the latest versions of libpam-mount [1]failed to build on sparc. The error
however is somewhat strange: it cannot find the file
/usr/share/dpatch/dpatch-run, which is in the dpatch package.

But dpatch is definitely in the build-depends, and according to the
build log dpatch is "already installed".

Perhaps someone has more insight into this problem?
