ultra 10 started booting read only? corruption? rebuild?

Hello,

My ultra 10 started booting read only, so I uninstalled my current project (cups). I run unstable, custom kernel. I googled the odd things in dmesg, but I haven't had any luck. EXT3 is the filesystem on all partitions, and its in the kernel. fsck in single user mode shows nothing. I can manually remount the root partition at the console, after that fdisk -l shows nothing? Thx for any tips or pointers.
