Status of KDE 3.1 in 'unstable'

Hello, all...

I thought by moving to 'unstable', I could get KDE 3.1. But when I tried to update, I got this message below. I assume this means it's not ready for public consumption? Or, I'll need to point at a different site in my sources.list to get it? The KDE site says it's in 'unstable'.

Does someone know where/how I can get it for Debian/Sparc64?

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kde: Depends: kdegraphics but it is not going to be installed
Depends: koffice but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
