"Kernel panic: No init found" with Woody CD
I downloaded the woody images from:

The CD starts up okay and displays the question for the cdrom type. I can
select the "I" option for IDE cdrom, and then got a "kernel panic error".
I got a sun4u machine with no display adapter, just serial console, and no
floppy drives either. (SunFire V100). There is no system on it right now, so
upgrading to Woody would not be an option.
I attached the full bootup sequence at the end of the mail.
