Hmm, from a "dpkg -s ssh", it looks like libssl0.9.6 is the correct
package:

Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.4-4), libpam0g (>= 0.72-1), libssl0.9.6, <----
libwrap0, zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.3), libpam-modules (>= 0.72-9), debconf

At least, that's how it worked out for me.
