See the list archives; I've previously posted settings.
In the absence of xkb doc, I'm still not sure how you're really
_supposed_ to do this and why the installation process doesn't know
you have at least a type 5. (The kernel actually detects a type 6 as
type 5, but they're substantially the same.)
