network problem w/ 2.4.18 SMP kernel

Recently I installed Debian 3.0 into SS20. Tried to get using both
processors by compiling 2.4.18 kernel with SMP support. However, network
seems not to function with that. Can someone tell what could be the cause?
Below is some debug information I captured.
