This is a USB 2.0 card. The Belkin USB 2.0 card was not seen by the computer, so I have changed it to a Billionton USB 2.0 all all is OK now. (tested only in 1.1 mode at this time). Don't be sure for now, but seems the Billionton USB 2.0 is working, and the Belkin USB 2.0 not.
