configuring keyboard map on console in woody

Hi, I made a mistake configuring the keyboard of an Ultra, type sunkeyboard. I used to use 'kbdconfig' to reconfigure it, but it's not present in woody, I installed console and console-utils but kbdconfig doesn't appear, I also tried the package kbd to see if kbdconfig would be installed but with no luck. I saw that when reinstalling console, it took again the other keymap that doesn't correspond to the layout.

Then I copied sunkeymap.kmap.gz in /etc/console/tools/default.kmap.gz and in /etc/console/boottime.kmap.gz and the result has been the same, no luck.

Any suggestions to reconfigure? What file do I have to edit? an application to make the change of the configuration, how do I run the script that let me configure this?

Thank you again, the answer to the X's question worked really good.
