Hmmm.... it seems to be there... and Solaris does recognize it as
an PCI HME interface card.

CONFIG_HAPPYMEAL:

 This driver supports the "hme" interface present on most Ultra
 systems and as an option on older Sbus systems. This driver supports
 both PCI and Sbus devices. This driver also supports the "qfe" quad
 100baseT device available in both PCI and Sbus configurations.

 This support is also available as a module called sunhme.o ( = code
 which can be inserted in and removed from the running kernel
 whenever you want). If you want to compile it as a module, say M
 here and read Documentation/modules.txt
