gcc-3.0-sparc64 install failure

doing a apt-get upgrade today (w/ sparc64 sid), I get this error trying
to install gcc-3.0-sparc64:

(Reading database ... 48355 files and directories currently installed.)

.../gcc-3.0-sparc64_1%3a3.0.3-1_sparc.deb) ...
dpkg-divert: rename involves overwriting

  different file `/usr/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-linux/3.0.2/cc1.32', not
allowed
