Conffiles problem xutils_4.0.2-1

I tried to make a debian packages with dpkg -b from the xfree86 source,
after compiling it.

xfree86_4.0.2-1.diff.gz
xfree86_4.0.2-1.dsc
xfree86_4.0.2.orig.tar.gz

I've got error regarding the conffiles for xutils_4.0.2-1
which contains:

/etc/X11/rstart/commands/@List
/etc/X11/rstart/commands/ListContexts
/etc/X11/rstart/commands/ListGenericCommands
/etc/X11/rstart/commands/x11r6/@List
/etc/X11/rstart/commands/x11r6/LoadMonitor
/etc/X11/rstart/commands/x11r6/Terminal
/etc/X11/rstart/config
/etc/X11/rstart/contexts/@List
/etc/X11/rstart/contexts/default
/etc/X11/rstart/contexts/x11r6
/etc/X11/rstart/rstartd.real

some of them reported as missing files. Is there an error in this file
or I'm missing some of the source?

What is the correct name of the xfree86 package?

xserver-xfree86_4.0.2-1_sparc.deb or xfree86-common_4.0.2-1_sparc.deb

later name is in the Depends field of xserver-common_4.0.2-1 package.
