	This usually means the second half of silo (second.b) can not be
found where it used to be. Usually means that file /boot/second.b has been
moved, rewritten, or even deleted. Boot a rescue system, mount your root
partition, and then re-run silo (after making sure that /boot/second.b
exists of course). Something like the following should do it.

# mount /dev/{root} /mnt
# silo -r /mnt 
# umount /mnt
# reboot
