Sure, I know plenty about it... it's got a new CPU, new PCI chipset, new
EIDE controller, new NIC, new FB (onboard), net audio, needs USB (for
the keyboard and mouse) and I'm probably missing a few things...

Most of this still works in the x86 port, but that's because it's more
or less a PC with a SPARC CPU (not kidding). None of the SPARC/Linux
hackers have one yet... I know one of us put in an order for one, and I
might soon as well.

I do have an AX1105-500 on the way from Sun (a loaner), which is very
similar to the SB100 (a.k.a. "grover")... so we'll get a start on things
soon. It could be a little while, though.

Have patience.

Besides, you can get an awesome U30/300 with 512 MB on EBay for $1600...
see http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1218167986
... if I wanted a great SPARC/Linux box and was up for spending $1-2k, I
would go for either that or the SB100 (U30 is well supported, has real
SCSI, a slower CPU, but a real USPARC-II and not a -IIe... etc.)
