false cable fault message.
Hi,
I have installed a second ethernet card (eth1) on the
master of my debian Sparc Cluster. The card is working
fine, with pinging, inet, httpd etc. services being
normal. The problem is that, a message:
"eth1 link down, cable problem?"
keeps on echoing on the screen. How can I suppress
this warning? This warning is by all means fake.
