You seem to have gotten ahold of the first CD set, which was not bootable.
You have several choices:

- Read the documentation for setting up a tftp (net) boot. After booting
  the tftpimage, you can use your CD for the rest of the installation.
  
- Download the 2.2_rev0_CDa sparc CD image and use that.
