I'm not an expert on windows, but from my Linux experience I can give you
a few helpful hints (since I'm sure Microsoft, being the big multi-billion
dollar company they are, has similar resources):

1) Go to ftp.microsoft.com and look under windows/dists/windows95/disks-i386.
There you'll probably find some windows 95 boot images. You can
download them and use the simple DOS tools to write them to a real
   floppy, and boot with that.

2) Try emailing windows-user@lists.microsoft.com. There are lots of
helpful people there who can answer all of your questions. Perhaps they
can even point you to some helpful FAQ's to get your system up and
   running.

3) If you have problems with your install media, try www.cheapbytes.com.
They might have the latest windows release on CD for a mere $2 (atleast
that is what the Linux CD's cost). Software is cheap.

4) Since Microsoft is a business, call their support line. The wait is
usually only a minute or two, and all of their support representatives
are highly trained engineers. In fact, I believe they even have the
actual software developers on hand (well, atleast with Linux I can get
the email address of the author of every piece of software on my
system, so I assume Microsoft developers are as easily contacted).

Hope this helps,
  Ben
