SPARC/PPC appendix reviewers again

Hi,

I should have mentioned a few more things with my last e-mail.  The
publisher is O'Reilly.  I don't believe reviewers will be getting
payed.  However, O'Reilly will be donating $1000 to Debian.

Again, if you respond to the list, please CC me since I am not
subscribed.
