Non-maintainer release of ispell...

Hi,
I have just done a NMU of ispell, fixing several bugs. This is for
both i386 and sparc architectures. (There are currently no ispell port
for sparc, and this is the primary reason for the upload.)
The ibritish and iamerican packages should be unchanged but building
and using them is a good way of the the changes I have made.
After a quick look at the bug reports for ispell, I concluded that
bugs following bugs can probably be closed immediately.
* 8221 "ispell suggests non-existent package". The virtual package
is supplied by by the arch-indep part of ispell.
(ibritish & iamerican)
* 9702 "ispell: seems to use "&", not "*", as wildcard". Both * and &
work fine as a wildcard for me but with slightly different
results...
