No. This is my setup. You don't need trace, I use it for debugging. You
also don't need the audio devices, which I was using for raplayer (which
is truly strange).

yes, for 2.0 kernels. 2.1 kernels have a solaris module which takes care
of *some* binary compatibility stuff
