What's changed?

- merge to 2.0.33 (tdyas)
- disable interrupts on CG3 and CG6 at boot time. (ecd)
- sync with German ISDN CVS tree on oldhades.think.de (baccala)
- call to sparcaudio_init moved to a better place. (baccala)
- update for qlogicpti scsi driver (jj)
- fix __NR_newselect systbl entry (ecd, seen by Juan Cespedes)
