Some of the programs linked with glibc refuse to run:
ldd /usr/sbin/cron
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x50026000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x50000000)
/usr/sbin/cron
cron: dl-version.c:189: _dl_check_map_versions: Assertion `needed != ((void *)0)' failed.
I haven't been able to find a pattern in this yet. This is with glibc
2.0.90-970629 and gcc 2.7.2.1.
