I didn't installed your new gcc package yet. Sorry :-(
I'm willing to get a new snapshot of glibc (970504) from MIT but my connection
to this site is very very slow for the moment.  I should wait until tomorrow
morning :-((

Current snapshot (970427) compiles but doesn't install :-(  Before tracking
the bug I want to use the latest snapshot available (in case this problem was
already solved).
I will test your gcc package at the same time.
