SILO 0.6.7

Hi

I have made a silo_0.6.7-1_sparc.deb package.

It can be found via anonymous ftp on test.dei.unipd.it:/debian/paci-pkgs
(sorry, I'm still unable to upload to master), with sources.

The only test I made with this package, is that I install
it with success on my Sparc/Linux machine.
