glibc: Bug in include file?

	/usr/include/bits/ioctls.h are different in i386 and Sparc;
but the one from Sparc doesn't work: it refers to <kernel_termios.h>
which doesn't exist.

	I'm using the one from i386 without troubles...

	These are the differences between the i386 and the Sparc
