I'm maintaining a number of tools and services in Debian (debrebuild, debbisect, metasnap, debootsnap) that interface with snapshot.d.o and while I managed to figure out some settings that seem to work by trial and error, it would be great if the tools we ship in Debian could properly respect the download limits of snapshot.d.o.
