Trying to access a specific file reports Permission denied.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a browser pointing to http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20120630T221249Z/pool/non-free/f/figlet/figlet_2.2.2-1_amd64.deb
Actual results:

Expected results:
A file download allowing me to fetch the necessary package
N.B. This also happens with the last snapshot available as of this bug report, http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20130123T220602Z/pool/non-free/f/figlet/figlet_2.2.2-1_amd64.deb. The
error message is exactly the same, leading me to believe the same resource would be served (the web server does not archive all files, only files that changed) and that there is a problem with this file. Also note that this file is still available on the official
Debian mirror for now and it looks like this package hasn't been updated since 2006/2007.
