I think this means that you have a .dsc file in your tree that
references a fsldata_4.1.6.orig.tar.gz with a sha1sum of
5e7105a8d989f2eea462a385b4bc56a90d8d4485.

That file is not to be found in your tree.

Can you confirm there is no fsldata_4.1.6.orig.tar.gz?
