Bug#599765: backtrace, when db connection is closed

Package: snapshot.debian.org
Servity: important

When the db connection gots closed (like on package upgrades on the
host) you get not-so-nice backtraces from python.

See http://lists.debian.org/debian-snapshot/2010/10/msg00010.html for
details.

OperationalError: FATAL: terminating connection due to administrator command
server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.

Cheers,
Martin
