我不知道应如何处理 =)，但我的 RealTek RT8029 用
NE2K-PCI 好像没有什么问题，不知道你的 8139 会否一样。

尝试把原有的 Delay=?? 改为：
prompt
timeout=50
这样你的 LILO: prompt 就会重现了。
但如果你的 lilo 仍然有问题，
我想最好把你的 lilo.conf 也一并 post 上来。
