  and use the link 'New Ticket' on the Webinterface.

* If the email you sent was in regards to an EXISTING case, please re-send your
  email to <ww-support@securecomputing.com> and include the string
'[WWTicket#: XXXXXXX]' in the subject line of the email (replace 'XXXXXX' with
  your ticket number).  This will enable your correspondence to be tracked and
  attached to the existing case automatically.

resource, please contact customer service via https://support.webwasher.com/custservreq.
