Jade/OpenJade style-sheet.dtd

One difference between the OpenJade 1.3 and 1.4 packages is that there are two
different versions of the file style-sheet.dtd. The one in 1.4 is identical
to the file in the original Jade package, and has a comment that its public
identifier is "-//James Clark/DTD DSSSL Style Sheet//EN", while the one in 1.3
has some additions and a comment that its public identifier is
"-//OpenJade/DTD DSSSL Style Sheet//EN". Can someone tell me why these differ
and if either is preferred? Also, is there any reason why both could not be
installed at the same time? The files could be placed in different locations
to avoid a name conflict, and the catalogs arranged to associate the different
public identifiers with the corresponding files. The current situation is
that only the older "James Clark" version is installed, the newer "OpenJade"
version is not.
