Where should a .xsl go?

Hello all,

I 'm forwarding here a thread from debian-mentors : where should a
.xsl file go ?

/usr/share/sgml exist but /usr/share/xml doesn't ; what steps the maintainer
of
a package providing such a file should follow to create this directory ?
(conformance to policy, etc)

or maybe /usr/share/sgml/xml/xsl would be more suitable ?
