ANN: DocBook Makefile Templates, V0.0.7

The first usable version of my "DocBook Makefile Templates" - adapted
from and strongly relying on the FreeBSD original Makefiles - is 
available:

   http://www.miwie.org/docbkmake/

IMO this Makefiles are usable for new documentation projects, existing
documentation projects should better use their existing toolchain.

I started writing some documentation on how to use the templates files,
readers will find an online version at the URL mentioned above.
