I just asked Mike Mc Bride (KDE editorial team coordinator) if he could
write installation instructions for Debian based on what we have at
http://i18n.kde.org/doc/install. He just succeeded in installing the
docbook-tools on a Debian. Here are his comments right after the
operation:

I won't be the one - I didn't even see once a Debian running ;-).
