This is now a candidate release. Announce it everywhere you want (I will post
on debian-doc and debian-devel RSN).
It is now in two versions, slink and potato (of course, the potato version is
the most unstable).
Use the URL
http://www.debian.org/~bortz/SGML-HOWTO/
only, so that people can find the version they prefer.
Fixes or additions as diff files against the SGML source are preferred.
