First (?) message on the list, mostly a test

OK, this is both to test the list and to write down the most important things
to do on Debian for the release of potato.

Stevie Strickland <sstrickl@cc.gatech.edu> is volunteer to manage the Debian
SGML/XML page which will list all the SGML packages of Debian. Expect it at
<http://www.debian.org/~sstrick/sgml>.

It seems there is an agreement (but this list is a opportunity to check) on
the need to switch the SGML policy (into the sgml-base package) to the
proposed Unix standard. This is bug #28704. We'll may be have to make a NMU or
a take over on the package (it depends on wether there is a consensus and if
the current maintainer of sgml-base has the time to deal with it). Any
volunteer?

The current policy does not cover the placement of stylesheets but, if the
above proposed standard is adopted, it will solve this issue as well.
