IBRS security cpu models not available in libvirt0 on debian stretch

Dear Debian libvirt maintainers,

I was trying to load Westmere-IBRS cpu model in qemu but it was not 
available in libvirt. My libvirt0 version is 3.0.0-4+deb9u3.

virsh cpu-models x86_64
does not shows IBRS cpu models

qemu-system-x86_64 -cpu help
show the IBRS cpu models

Can we get a indirect branch restricted speculation (IBRS) security 
update for libvirt0 so the CPU modules are available?

Is this not a security issue?
