Many of the open RC bugs against stable are artifacts of mistakes made in
closing the bug, and many of those have been resolved. You'll find that
this list is much shorter than it used to be. For many of the other bugs,
they'll be closed by the upcoming squeeze release.
Point releases are, in general, the time to try to fix these kinds of
bugs, though, and I suspect at least some of them will be fixed by the
upcoming release.
For plans, you'd have to check the bug logs of the specific bugs that
you're concerned about.
