Don't waste your time.  There's virtually no content there.  The author seems 
to believe that repeating "Debian is infected by Canonical" enough times will 
make it true.  Some example code is posted, but there's no explanation of what 
concrete, technical issues the code has, if any.  In any case, the article 
itself dismisses the examples as being not worth a bug report.

Basically whining from someone that doesn't know what they are talking about.

NB: Yes, patches from Ubuntu (in general) and Canonical employees (in 
specific) can and are accepted, but they aren't given preferential treatment.
