Methinks Martin's somewhat eloquent response left implicit that he was at the 
very least aware of the problem and would tak action (or pass it to someone), 
if not already (in fact, he already did, right?).

OTOH you could've checked for yourself if it'd already been fixed before 
ranting on the list, couldn't you?
