The MRTG output is broken (as suggested by the straight line). Real
port utilization is rather close to 100 Mbps. So there is really
nothing we can do except waiting. (At 60 Mbps, it suspiciously looked
like a misconfigured host.)
BTW, I don't understand why this was posted to debian-curiosa, either.
