I pulled the sources packages down and built from them. On a
woody dist running a 2.6.0t4 it built fine and the racoon daemon 
runs (whether it is working or not is another question). On the 
other test machine, a sid dist, it segfaults.

I noticed the ipsec-tools-0.2.2/kernel directory was copied in
from somewhere (wrong) by dpkg-source -x, so I rm'd it and
put in a soft link to the correct linux-2.6.0t4/include as that
is the kernel I've been testing this morning.

	debian/rules build
	debian/rules binary

give no complaints.

	dpkg --install ipsec-tools_0.2.2-5-sid-amon_i386.deb

installs with no complaints

but racoon still segfaults...
