That just says the currentg master browser (A windows thing) is FRE-LAPTOP2 (presumably on your network).
The master browser is who keeps your subnet's name list. Kind of like the
sub-nets DNS server for smb/nmb...
Note: Setting samba to participate in master browser elections is a bad idea
as it sometimes mucks up the network..
