How create 2 server mod-ssl certificates

Hello,
I am creating some server mod-ssl certificates using the script 
mod-ssl-makecert.

If I understood, this script each time it is called, creates my ca 
certificate, and my server certificate.

I suppose that my ca certificate should be the same for all my servers.
What can i do to not have two ca certificates ? Should i copy it from
one machine to the other ? But mod-ssl-makecert will overwrite it !
