It does, but it seems to learn the ip address at startup and not bother to
look it up again before bringing up the connection. So I've had to run
"/etc/init.d/ipsec restart" to get things working again after an address
change.
I now have a static IP at one end so I've not investigated this much.
I've since learned of "ipsec auto --replace connectionname" which should
prevent having to restarting all ipsec connections.
oh and use ddclient for ip address updates of course.
