I don't think that would work, since pgp and gnupg have different
interfaces.  We would have to let pgpgpg provide "pgp implementation",
but even then, I'm not sure that it would work all the time.  As well,
gnupg isn't a complete pgp replacement as, IIRC, you would need gpg-idea
to get complete pgp capabilities.
