One word of warning aboce would allow logging in using root password as well
which might not be the best sollution. Using without-password gives You
somewhat more control over who can log on remotely using ssh (public ssh key
needs to be present in ~root/.ssh/authorized_keys to log in)

Way proposed by Mark is of course not bad it's just a matter of Security
 Policy and personal taste =o)
