I got ntpd compiled on sid. Only thing I had to do was including <time.h>
in some files that otherwise complained about undefined stuff.
(Actually, I included it in ntp-4.0.99g/include/ntp_machine.h and
ntp-4.0.99g/libntp/machines.c, but as the latter includes ntp_machine.h,
I think only the first one is needed)
