No. Not in deb version You are using.

either (manually) download newer logcheck from testing or unstable and
install it by hand or modify /usr/sbin/logcheck.sh on Your system (but
remeber that any such changes are disappearin after upgrading and generally
one should avoid changeing files other than conf files)
